Description

Sunset at the mile long pier in Lorain, Ohio is always so peaceful and beautiful. Standing at the north end of the West Harbor Breakwater in Lorain Harbor with its light in tact remains a silent reminder of the Lorain historic relationship with Lake Erie shipping. The date of 1917 is the most accurate available for the construction of the current Lorain Lighthouse structure.
