Graptopetalum paraguayense is a succulent plant in the jade plant family. Common names include Sedum weinbergii, Mother-of-pearl-plant and Ghost plant. In doing a little research on the Ghost Plant, I found that the original habitat of this wonderful plant is unknown. Perhaps high on a mountain in Mexico, but the truth remains a mystery. I found no other reason why it is called a Ghost Plant.
